Beacon is our Night Shift Security Supervisor and a clear pick for our November Employee of the Month! His duties become ever more important during this season of long nights. The RLC team often work after the sun goes down, happily creating beautiful maps and puzzles, and Beacon provides the security we need from all those monsters that are just outside our fence who would gobble us up if not for Beacon’s loud announcement that this is HIS yard. They dare not step a toe inside – thank you Beacon, we are proud to award you with Employee of the Month!
